Refund Policy
If a paid license cannot be delivered or activated because of a confirmed technical issue on our side, contact support@isindisound.com and we will either help resolve the issue or process a refund where appropriate.
Because Pioneer MP Trigger is digital software delivered by license key, refunds may be limited after the license key has been issued and the product has been activated, unless required by applicable law or agreed by support.
Refund requests should include the purchase email, payment date and a short description of the issue. Payment provider fees, chargeback rules and currency conversion may affect the final timing and amount returned by the provider.
