This Privacy Policy explains how ISINDI processes personal data when you use the website, request a trial key, buy a license, contact support or subscribe to product updates. We process the data you provide directly: email address, name, support message, DAW, operating system, plug-in version, attachments, payment-related identifiers received from payment providers, license and activation status, and consent records.

We also process technical data needed to operate the service: language preference, request metadata, browser user agent, hashed IP evidence for consent records, license activation machine fingerprint hashes and security logs. We do not store raw payment card data.

The purposes of processing are to issue trial and paid license keys, activate and protect licenses, deliver downloads and support, process payments and refunds, send transactional emails, improve the product, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

Product update and marketing emails are sent only when you opt in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails while still receiving transactional messages related to license, payment and support operations.

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics if enabled, backup and security. These providers process data only for the purposes needed to deliver the service. We protect data using access control, HTTPS, hashed technical identifiers, server-side logging controls and regular backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we keep processing limited to what is needed for the product and service.
