Auto-detected hits
Audio detection separates individual strikes from a live recording pass so you do not need to cut every file by hand.

Freeware audio capture tool
Record drums, percussion, hardware synths or one-shots. Pioneer AD Sampler detects each hit, trims the recording, maps it into a velocity x round-robin matrix and exports clean 24-bit WAV files.
Workflow
The plugin is built for fast capture sessions: choose an input, set the matrix, listen for hits, preview the cells and save the final set.

Plugin UI
The interface keeps capture controls on the left and the sample matrix in the center, so you can watch levels, adjust velocity and round-robin count, then save without leaving the main view.

Capture engine
Pioneer AD Sampler focuses on the repetitive part of sampling: finding attacks, trimming them consistently and keeping dynamics organized.
Audio detection separates individual strikes from a live recording pass so you do not need to cut every file by hand.
Captured hits are arranged into a matrix with up to 12 velocity columns and 5 round-robin rows.
A cooldown control helps reject double triggers and accidental re-detection between close hits.
Each captured cell can be previewed quickly before export, making cleanup part of the capture flow.
Exports production-ready WAV files with predictable names such as autosample_v01_rr01.wav.
Use it in a host as VST3 or Audio Unit, or run the standalone app when a DAW is not needed.
Current public-facing details from the Pioneer AD Sampler project. These should stay conservative until the release build is published.
The page should be clear about what this first version is made to do.
Create your own drum hits with Pioneer AD Sampler, then load the exported WAVs into Pioneer MP Trigger for replacement, reinforcement and creative triggering.
